Refund Policy

1. General Policy Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, as each piece is individually produced to fulfill your specific order.

2. Damaged Artwork & Issues In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and follow these steps:

  • Notification Window: You must contact us at sales@mouzan.com  within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.
  • Required Evidence: Your email must include clear photos of the damaged artwork AND the condition of the external packaging.
  • Resolution Protocol:
    • For Limited Edition Prints: We will reissue a replacement with the identical edition number and signature. Important: As a condition for the reissue, you will be required to provide photographic proof of the complete destruction of the damaged print to ensure the edition's integrity.
    • For Original Works: A full refund will be issued.

3. Change of Mind Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer are not accepted.

4. Shipping & Customs:

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • For international orders (outside GCC & China), any customs duties or taxes paid by the customer to their local authorities are non-refundable by MOUZAN.
