Yes. Every artwork on this site is personally created by Mouzan, from the original concept to the final signed piece.

Mouzan is currently based in China, and all artworks are produced and shipped directly from his studio there. This allows him to personally supervise every stage of production and ensure that each piece meets the standard before it leaves the studio.

No. All works are created either traditionally (by hand on canvas) or digitally (through Mouzan’s own photographic and editing process). No generative AI, no AI image tools, no AI compositing at any stage, in any medium.

A one-of-a-kind artwork, hand-painted by Mouzan using oil or acrylic on canvas. Each Original Painting exists as a single piece there are no copies, prints, or reproductions of it. The work is signed by hand on the front and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

A work that begins with an original photograph captured by Mouzan, then transformed through his own digital process most often into harmonious ornamental compositions inspired by the art of Arabesque. No external imagery and no AI are used. Each work is released as a Limited Edition of 50 numbered pieces.

Fine Art Photography is a photographic approach dedicated to creating images as collectible work of art. Each photograph preserve the authenticity of the scene while emphasizing light, composition, and details. Works in this category contain no compsiting, no digital manipulation, and no addtional or removal of elements. Artistic adjstments are strictly limited to essential light and color development ( RAW processing) .

Yes. All artworks are delivered framed and ready to hang. The frame is included in the price. If you’d prefer a different frame style, please contact us via email alternative framing options are available with an additional fee.

Yes. Every artwork is signed:
• Original Paintings are hand-signed by Mouzan on the front of the canvas.
• Limited Edition works (Digital Photographic Art, and Pure Photography) are individually hand-numbered, with each piece accompanied by a separately signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Every Limited Edition piece is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity that confirms:
• The title and category of the work
• The edition number (e.g., 12 / 50)
• The total edition size
• Year of release
• Mouzan’s hand-signature

No. All artworks are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist ( Mouzan ). It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, print, or use any artwork in any form whether for personal, editorial, or commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist.

Mouzan does not currently accept commissions. The work is created freely, and each piece is offered exactly as it was made no two are alike, and none are produced on request.

Worldwide shipping is included in the price of every artwork fully Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All shipping costs, customs duties, and local taxes are covered by us, regardless of the destination. The artwork arrives at your country with no additional fees and no surprises.

No. Every order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we cover all applicable shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes on your behalf. You will not be charged any extra fees on delivery.

Yes. Every artwork is fully insured during international transit. In the unlikely event of damage, you are protected .see our return policy below.

Yes. Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment from the studio to your door.

Once the order is placed, the artwork is carefully prepared and packed typically within 7 business days. International shipping then takes 8–15 days, depending on destination. Total delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks.

Due to the exclusive nature of original and limited edition artworks, all sales are final.
The only exception is shipping damage. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
1. The damage to the artwork
2. The external packaging
Once we verify that the damage occurred during transit:
• For Limited Edition works: A replacement with the same edition number and signature will be issued (subject to confirmation of the damaged piece).
• For Original Paintings: A full refund will be issued.

Claims received after 24 hours, or without the required evidence, cannot be accepted.
